One EDGE2015 exhibitor said …

It is always a pleasure to attend the EDGE conferences. It is hard to put into words why EDGE is so different – it is a combination of the presenters/presentations, the group of delegates that you bring together and the atmosphere that is created. There is always an energy to the conference that I really don’t see anywhere else. In spite of challenging budgetary positions, the people attending EDGE seem to be bouncing and upbeat about libraries and their future which is so refreshing. We also made some great contacts with prospective customers.

Ziptales are a very affordable online resource for children’s literacy, who are already in 550+ libraries in 25 councils throughout the UK.  Proven to help children love reading (and encourage them to start borrowing more books) as well as being a top performing online library resource. Aside from analytics to back them up, Andrew Fox from Merton Council states that Ziptales “is our most popular children’s online resource by far”.

It is also proven to help gain more library usage and school visits. Gaynor Philips from Carmarthenshire Council speaks about the increase of library usage, stating “library usage has been helped, especially after school visits, during which, pupils are not only shown Ziptales, but are shown all the services the library offers.” Philips also mentions that after “demonstrating Ziptales, school library visits have increased, with children encouraged to borrow and read library books, and plans for schools to revisit soon.”

Ziptales provides a unique interactive reading experience with over 500 exciting stories with voice-overs, animations, comprehension quizzes and much more.
