Full Delegate £375.00

The Early Bird rate of £375.00 per delegate applies to all bookings made before 31st January 2012. From the 1st February 2012 the full rate of £395.00 will apply.
Full delegate package includes:

  • 2 day attendance at conference including all coffee breaks and lunches.
  • 1 Ticket to the Gala Dinner being held on the 1st March 2012
  • All conference literature.
  • 1 nights accommodation in a standard room (single occupancy) at the Macdonald Roxburghe Hotel,Edinburghfor the night of the 1st March 2012 (for additional nights see the hotel pages)

Full Delegate “buy 2 & save 20%” £600

Save £75.00 each when booking with a colleague
This offer applies to any 2 delegates when booked at the same time – retrospective discounts are not allowed.  The 20% saving is taken from the “early bird” rate of £375.00 giving a saving of £75.00 per person.


To make a booking enter the details of the first person and on the agenda page enter the full details of the second person in the box provided.

On the accommodation page choose your arrival and departure dates as well as your room and bed preferences.

If you have chosen to have a longer stay than the package (the night of the 1st March is included) enter the number of rooms required (and their type) for each additional night on the extras page.  The additional room charge(s) will appear on your confirmation.

This rate includes:

  • Entry into the conference on the 1st and 2nd March 2012
  • Coffee breaks and lunch on both days
  • One ticket per person to the Gala Dinner being held on the 1st March 2012 at the Roxburghe Hotel
  • Conference literature
  • Accommodation in two standard rooms for one night at the Roxburghe Hotel, for the night of the 1st March.
  • Additional nights can be added at a rate of £95.00 for a standard single room and £105.00 for a standard double or twin bedded room with two people sharing (both include full Scottish breakfast and VAT). These should be added from the “extras” page of the registration site. (Additional nights do not form part of the “buy 2 & save 20% offer).

Two day Delegate & Gala Dinner £325

This rate does not include any accommodation – if you need accommodation choose the Full Delegate registration type.

This rate includes:

  • 2 day attendance at conference including all coffee breaks and lunches.
  • One ticket to the Gala Dinner being held on the 1st March 2012
  • All conference literature.

 Two day Delegate & Gala Dinner “buy 2 & save 20%” £520.00

Save £65.00 per person when booking with a colleague
This offer applies to any 2 delegates when booked at the same time – retrospective discounts are not allowed.  If you require accommodation go to the “Full Delegate” packages.
