EDGE2022 Costs & Booking Instructions

FULL DELEGATE PACKAGE – £395 (from 1st Feb £425)
The Early Bird rate of £395.00 per delegate applies to all bookings made before 31st January 2022. From the 1st February 2022 the full rate of £425.00 will apply.
Full delegate package includes:

  • 2 day attendance at conference including all coffee breaks and lunches.
  • 1 Ticket to the Gala Dinner being held on the 3rd March 2022
  • All conference literature.
  • 1 nights’ accommodation in a standard room (single occupancy) at the – The Radisson Blu hotel, Edinburgh for the night of the 3rd March 2022.

FULL DELEGATE PACKAGE – INCLUDES WEDNESDAY 2nd March ACCOMMODATION – £545.00 (from 1st Feb £575)

The Early Bird rate of £395.00 per delegate applies to all bookings made before 31st January 2022 From the 1st February 2022 the full rate of £425.00 will apply.

  • 2 day attendance at conference including all coffee breaks and lunches.
  • 1 Ticket to the Gala Dinner being held on the 3rd March 2022

  • 2 nights’ accommodation in a standard room (single occupancy) at the – The Radisson Blu hotel, Edinburgh for the nights of the 2nd and 3rd March 2022.

FULL DELEGATE – BUY 2 AND SAVE 10% – £711 (from 1st Feb £765)
Save £39.50 each when booking with a colleague
This offer applies to any 2 delegates when booked at the same time – retrospective discounts are not allowed. The 10% saving is taken from the “early bird” rate of £395.00 giving a saving of £39.50 per person.

This rate does not include any accommodation – if you need accommodation choose the Full Delegate registration type.
This rate includes:

  • One ticket to the Gala Dinner being held on the 3rd March 2022
  • All conference literature.

2 DAY DELEGATE & GALA DINNER RATE – BUY 2 AND SAVE 10% – £630  (from 1st Feb £675)

Cancellation Policy
If you have chosen “invoice” an invoice will be raised on completion of your booking. We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once you have registered on EDGE. We welcome a substitute for your booking, just email grainne.crawford@edinburgh.gov.uk, with the relevant details.  If this is not possible, then cancellation of this place will be charged at the invoiced fee.
Credit terms: Our credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice OR by the date of the event – whichever date is earliest. All invoices must be settled prior to the event. EDGE reserves the right to make changes to our programme programme, but not the overall content. Timings and/or speakers line up may change, for example if a speaker is unable to attend. You will not be entitled to a refund if such changes are made.
